The conference itinerary will be released the week of 3/30.  Planned events include a Welcome Reception, Awards Recognition Dinner and a business meeting.  

As soon as your confirmation number is released by the resort, we encourage you to complete the online check-in process so you can view and manage your stay.

The resort releases its entertainment schedule each Saturday. As soon as the schedule for our stay is available, we’ll be sure to share it with you.

Guests may book one dining reservation one week in advance of arrival.  Additional reservations are arranged upon arrival, in accordance with resort policy, to ensure all guests have fair access to the resort’s dining experiences.  We will provide you with instruction when that time comes.

You may book onsite activities once your confirmation number has been released by the resort.  We will email you your confirmation number as soon as it becomes available.
