What to Know

• Remember to have your luggage properly tagged using the luggage tags sent to you

• You will be welcomed at the airport outside of customs by greeters holding New Era signs

• They will escort you to your transfer for The Carlton Hotel

• The travel time from Nice Airport to The Carlton is approximately 45 min if no traffic

• Upon arriving at The Carlton, you'll be guided to our private group check-in at the conference center and gardens to receive your welcome information, name badges and detailed itinerary

• The Carlton will make every effort to have your room ready; however, please note that hotel check-in is not until 3 PM (the hotel is at full capacity the night prior)​

• You will need to provide your credit card to the front desk for incidentals

Required Items

• Your passport information may be required - please keep your passport with you just in case during the check-in process

• A credit card will be required upon check-in for incidentals; you may bring a copy of your card for expedited check-in purposes

Are you arriving before the 7th?

• If you are arriving prior to 10/7 - meaning you will not arrive at the Nice airport on 10/7 - you will need to make your own special travel arrangements to arrive at The Carlton Hotel

• If you have arranged with New Era to stay at the hotel prior to 10/7, you will need to provide your credit card upon arrival to pay for your extended stay
