General Itinerary

Day One  |  April 15th 

​

  • Flight Arrivals & Transfers to Sandals St. Vincent

    • Transfers from Argyle International Airport on to Sandals St. Vincent have been arranged for you based on your flight itinerary.

    • Guides holding Sandals  signs will welcome you outside of customs and they escort you to your transportation.

    • The transfer from airport to Sandals St. Vincent is typically 45 minutes depending on traffic.

  • Group Check-In @ Conference Center  |  Sandals St. Vincent

    • Sandals will do everything they can to have your room ready as your arrive.  Please note that check-in time is 3 PM local time.

    • Please be prepared to provide a credit card upon check-in for incidentals.

    • During check-in, a resort representative will be available to assist with dining reservations, resort activity reservations and spa bookings.  Offsite excursion bookings can be made online in advance or at the Island Routes office on property.

  • 6:00 PM  |  Welcome Reception @ Main Beach  |  Sandals St. Vincent

    • Celebrate your arrival on the beautiful private beach of Sandals St. Vincent with cocktails, delicious bites and great company.​

    • Attire: Tropical Resort Chic

Day TWO  |  April 16th

  • Today is all yours!

    • Sleep in, soak up the sun and enjoy everything Sandals St. Vincent has to offer.  Or, venture off the resort by booking an excursion through Island Routes.

    • Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all inclusive at your leisure.​​​

Day THREE  |  April 17th

  • Today is all yours!

    • Sleep in, soak up the sun and enjoy everything Sandals St. Vincent has to offer.  Or, venture off the resort by booking an excursion through Island Routes.

    • Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all inclusive at your leisure.​​​

Day FOUR  |  April 18th

  • 10 AM  |  Business Session @ Conference Center  |  Sandals St. Vincent

    • All qualifying agents will gather for a collaborative business session designed to connect, share insights and provide visibility into key updates across the home office.

    • Attire: Resort Casual

  • Afternoon at your leisure​​​

 

  • ​​6 PM  |  Cocktail Reception & Awards Dinner @ Central Pool Plaza | Sandals St. Vincent

Day FIVE  |  April 19th ​​​

  • Check-Out & Airport Departures

    • Here's what you need to know before you head home:

      • Hotel check-out is at 11:00 AM

      • You will receive your departure day instructions from Sandals resort approximately 24-hours before your scheduled check-out day.​
