Before you Travel

Make sure you locate a copy of your flight itinerary emailed to you by Frosch (flight booking agency)
- If you cannot find a copy email newera@frosch.com
- Make sure you name is spelled correctly
Make sure you have your passport and ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) Visa ready
- U.S. citizens need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to enter the UK
- Apply online for you and your guest using this link
- The cost is £20
- ETA's are valid for two years. If you think you already have one, you can check your status here
- If you do not hold an American passport, your travel requirements may be different; you are responsible for ensuring all of your travel paperwork is in order
- Make copies of your passport just in case before traveling
Tag your luggage with the luggage tags that were mailed to you

In London you will be welcomed at the airport outside of customs by greeters holding New Era signs
They will escort you to your transfer for The Dorchester
The travel time from London Heathrow Airport to The Dorchester is approximately 60 minutes if no traffic
