All the details you need for travel days.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

You have 2 or more separate flight itineraries
Make sure you locate ALL segments of your trip:
- Flights from your home airport all the way through to St. Vincent
- Flights from St. Vincent airport all the way through to your home airport
If something is missing or incorrect:
- Missing itinerary / flight segment email newera@frosch.com
- Name misspelled email newera@frosch.com
Make sure you have your passport and all necessary visas or paperwork required for travel; if you do not hold an American passport, your travel requirements may be different; you are responsible for ensuring all of your travel paperwork is in order
Tag your luggage, particularly your check-in luggage, with the luggage tags that were mailed to you

Before Arriving to Airport - Check-In Guidelines

You may check-in online using your confirmation numbers and name
When checking in online, you may see other travelers in your group, only check-in you and your guest
You may not be able to check-in online, this is normal for group bookings – simply check-in at airport

When Arriving at the Airport - Ensure Your Luggage is Checked All the Way Through

Skip this section if you are staying overnight in Miami. If you are staying overnight in Miami you may check-in your luggage as normal.

Do not use a self-service kiosk
Go directly to an American Airlines agent
Show both flight confirmations/itineraries
Clearly state your final destination is St. Vincent and ask them to tag your luggage all the way to your final destination

Important: If this step is missed, your luggage will only go to Miami

What to Know

Ensure your luggage is properly tagged using the luggage tags sent to you
You will be welcomed at the airport outside of customs by Sandals greeters holding New Era signs
They will escort you to your transfer for Sandals Resort
The travel time from Argyle International Airport to Sandals Resort is approximately 45 minutes if no traffic

Required Items For Hotel Check-In - Keep These With You, Not Your Luggage

Passport
A credit card will be required upon check-in for incidentals; you may also check-in online in advance for expedited check-in

You will receive your departure day instructions from Sandals resort approximately 24-hours before your scheduled check-out day.

Skip this section if you are staying overnight in Miami. If you are staying overnight in Miami you may check-in your luggage as normal.

When Arriving to the Airport - Ensure Your Luggage is Checked All the Way Through

Show your connecting flight confirmation/itinerary
Clearly state your final destination and ask them to tag your luggage all the way to your final destination

In Miami:

You will go through U.S. Customs & Immigration
You must collect your luggage
After customs, place your luggage on the transfer belt for your connecting flight
